The power and process control offered by the EBM technology allows for very high build speeds and predictable results providing very high productivity.
Parts are built in vacuum at elevated temperatures resulting in stress-relieved parts with excellent material properties. This build environment also ensures that the chemical composition of the material is maintained, also when building parts in reactive materials such as titanium alloys.
