Service and Maintenance
Arcam offers support & maintenance agreements to ensure the performance of the machines throughout their lifetime. The support & maintenance agreements include spare parts, software updates, phone / e-mail support, emergency visits and regular visits for preventive maintenance in accordance with Arcam’s pre-defined maintenance schedule.
Training
Arcam offers basic training packages with every machine delivery. Arcam also provides Advanced Training packages for customers who require more in-depth EBM knowledge.
