Powder Recovery System (PRS)

The PRS is used to clean the excess powder from the finished parts by blasting the same powder on the parts as they are built of – resulting in a ~97% utilization of the powder.

Powder Handling Trolley

The powder handling trolley is designed for easy loading and un-loading of the powder hoppers.

Explosion-protected vacuum cleaner

The approved explosion-protected vacuum cleaner is used to clean the vacuum chamber after the builds. The unused powder is recovered and re-used.
